Delete your 8Score account
Option 1: Delete it in the app
- Open the 8Score app and sign in.
- Tap your account name at the top to open Account.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom, enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete for good.
You can do the same on the web version: open 8Score on the web.
Option 2: Request it by email
If you can't sign in, email giailac.dev@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and your username. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Your username, display name, profile photo and password (hash).
- All of the account's matches and score history.
- The online groups you created, along with their scores; you are removed from other people's groups, together with your scores in them.
- Your Premium status and the list of people you have blocked.
Data that may remain
- Your name in matches that other people saved on their own devices or accounts (entered or added by them), because that is their data.
- Reports you sent about other people, kept so the reports can be handled.
- Your Premium purchase history, kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies.
Apart from this, no copies are kept after deletion.
